A Cautionary Tale

My recent dealings with xpressmark.com left a lot to be desired, specifically concerning the process of securing a trademark for my enterprise. I'm sharing my narrative to enlighten others.

I was billed $1400 by this company for trademark services, a sum they insisted was mandatory. Subsequent research revealed that the cost exceeded the usual requirements. Despite my efforts to contest this fee, the firm successfully persuaded the credit card provider to side with them.

After seeking guidance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), it became clear that xpressmark.com's practices deviated from accepted standards, bordering on deceit and illegality.

The company's failure to submit the necessary paperwork in the agreed-upon period was just one of several unmet commitments. To add insult to injury, they sent me a coercive communication threatening to proceed with registering my trademark independently, casting a shadow on their professional integrity.

Additionally, it is pertinent to mention that xpressmark.com's services have been rated F by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which mirrors the substandard experience that I encountered.
